FRAZER LTD
Position: President / EOS® Integrator
Location: Houston & Sugar Land, Texas
Role Definition: The President serves as Frazer’s EOS® Integrator and chief operating and growth executive, reporting to the CEO (Visionary). This leader holds full authority for profit-and-loss, people, product, customer experience, technology, risk, and culture — responsible for scaling Frazer from ~$100M to $500–750M while protecting its award-winning, family-owned culture and factory-direct customer model.
Pilot the Mission to the World’s Top Mobile-Healthcare Fleet
Frazer turns truck chassis cabs into life-saving ambulances and we’re doubling down on growth. As our next President / EOS® Integrator, you’ll be the Flight Captain who translates vision into velocity, coordinating people, capital, and technology so every unit rolls out on time and on mission. If steering a $100 M enterprise toward a $500 M horizon excites you, keep reading.
Your Flight Plan
- Own the P&L & Scorecard. Convert the CEO’s 10-year vision into annual operating plans, quarterly Rocks, and weekly L10s, delivering ≥ 7 % EBITDA.
- Scale Two Factories into One High-Octane Network. Stabilize our new Sugar Land facility, transform services out of Houston location, and hit a 600-unit run-rate through Lean, Six Sigma, and targeted automation (robotic paint, weld, AI vision).
- Launch the Next Revenue S-Curve. Preserve our factory-direct model while launching new product and service lines such as extended warranty options and data-as-a-service within three years.
- Navigate a Strategic Transition. Work alongside our outgoing President (transitioning to Chief AI and Technology Strategy Officer) to ensure seamless knowledge transfer while bringing your own leadership DNA to chart the next flight path.
- Champion People & Culture. Lead a Top-Workplace team that lives six core values from “We All We Got” to “Bring Your Own Passion.”
You, the Ideal Pilot
- 10+ years running complex, low-volume/high-mix manufacturing P&Ls such as ambulance, specialty vehicle, medical device, automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, or logistics fulfillment and delivery background preferred.
- Proven Integrator who has taken a $100 M business north of $250 M while improving margin and culture.
- Fluent in EOS®, Scaling Up, or other similar management methodologies.
- Tech-savvy change leader who loves dashboards, Lean automation ROI, and coaching future presidents.
You, the “Architect” and Navigator
You are a proactive, assertive, take-charge person. When something is of value to you, you have an almost uncanny ability to think ahead and charge forward to attain goals. You need and thrive in a work environment that allows for independence, freedom, and change. You have the ability to be introspective and consider problems from multiple angles, but can also easily engage in conversation with others to externalize your own thoughts and allow them to externalize theirs. You’re more of a leader than a team player, and while you will interact with your team when you can contribute to the overall solution, you will bow out when the conversation leans too social or political. You are hard on yourself and your direct reports when you feel their or your own work is not meeting your expectations. You think through your actions, but are still quick to act and impatient. Your communication style is reasonably social and full of data. You don’t like being wrong, and tend to err on the side of caution to avoid failure.
