HR Praxis is a new start-up contingent staffing agency specializing in entry to mid-level Permanent and Temporary-To-Permanent staffing solutions for our clients.  HR Praxis focuses on servicing growth industries and provides essential timely staffing for the trades (e.g., electrical, mechanical, engineering), labor for light manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, and professional specialties (e.g., accounting, procurement, human resources, IT, management, and sales etc).Our staffing services include recruiting, screening, testing, placement, time and payroll management services for our clients. HR Praxis is affliated with ePraxis, a premier level retained executive headhunting, talent selection, and executive coaching leader.

HR Praxis is currently hiring recruiters for our start-up temp-to-perm staffing business located in Salt Lake City, Utah. We have contract work opportunity that currently outstrips our capacity and we desire to bring on more recruiters to help up meet customer demand. In this HR Praxis recruiter role, you will collaborate with our General Manager and staffing clients to seek, assess & deliver highly engaged candidates; this includes on-boarding strategies, programs & processes.      

We are looking for several positive, capable, energetic, and process-driven recruiters with demonstrated technical skill and persistence in sourcing talent for temp-to-perm positions. Our ideal recruiter candidates are top-performing temp-to-perm staff solutions recruiters with a minimum of 2+ years experience who are looking for increased responsibility, learning and growth, and performance-based compensation incentives.  These positions are located in metro Salt Lake City and our new recruiters will work under the supervision and mentoring of our general manager who has several decades of experience managing successful temp-to-perm staffing agencies.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • MUST genuinely Like people!
  • Development of targeted talent pipelines to deliver quality and quantity of desired candidates.
  • Create talent acquisition strategies using proven methodologies and proactive internet social networking & sourcing tools.
  • Assess and report detailed quality of hire, new hire metrics on a regular and ongoing basis; continually evaluate and refine recruiting processes to ensure maximum efficiency and optimal candidate experience.
  • Provide coaching, guidance and steer as needed to all levels.  
  • Ability to cultivate partnerships to ensure time-to-fill metrics are achieved short-term & longer-term relationships are built.
  • Be creative and innovative!
  • Create sourcing strategies and work closely with team (both internal and external) to develop best approach for clients.
  • You are process oriented, create plans, and execute them for success
  • You hate to lose

Experience:

  • 2+ years previous experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, preferably in a high growth environment
  • Must possess strong business acumen, with a track record of delivering results in a growth-oriented business environment
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, & automated recruiting tools
  • Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Experience with direct & innovative recruiting methods, including sourcing strategies such as leveraging competitive intelligence & resources, data mining internet tools, web sites, etc.
  • Demonstrated success in executing on recruiting and employment program strategies, extensive knowledge of direct, indirect, & creative sourcing methods and building passive candidate pools
